A reset is a station that has been put in place as a replacement for a destroyed or disturbed station. It is usually not in exactly the same location as the original station, so a reset will often have its own PID and datasheet. If a disk is stamped "reset", but the datasheet makes no mention of being a reset, then the disk does not correspond to the station described by the datasheet and should not be reported as such.
